Funding Available to Non-Profits
The City of Snohomish is now accepting
applications from non-profit agencies for
projects that assist tourism development and
promotion in the City of Snohomish. The
program is funded through the taxes imposed on
hotel, motel, and bed and breakfast room rentals
in the City.
Funds will be available after January 1, 2009 on
a reimbursement basis only for projects that will
be completed by December 31, 2009. It is
anticipated that the total available funds will be
$16,000.
The instructions and applications can be found
on the Citys website: www.ci.snohomish.wa.us.
Completed applications are due at City Hall by
5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. No
applications received after that time and date
will be considered for funding. If you have any
questions, please contact Debbie Emge at 360-
